By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing from xanderjane.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy, and other policies made available on our Site.

Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.

01. General Conditions

By using this Site, you represent that you have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or are using the Site with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, violations of these terms, or other legitimate business or legal concerns, subject to applicable law.

We may update, modify, or discontinue website features, products, or services from time to time.

02. Products and Availability

Xander Jane offers fine jewelry, including made-to-order, ready-to-ship, and selected bespoke or customized pieces.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, materials, dimensions, colors, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, craftsmanship, natural materials, or production processes.

Product availability, specifications, pricing, and collections may change without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product information.

03. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website or at checkout.

Applicable taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination and relevant tax requirements.

For international orders, additional duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method. Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud prevention checks.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer regarding the available options, subject to applicable law.

04. Order Confirmation and Cancellations

Most Xander Jane pieces are made to order. Please review your product selection, size, shipping address, billing information, and contact details carefully before submitting your order.

Order changes and voluntary cancellations are only available before an order has been confirmed by Xander Jane.

Once an order has been confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled, as materials may have been allocated and production may have begun.

If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately at info@xanderjane.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after order confirmation.

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law.

05. Made-to-Order and Pre-Order Items

Unless expressly identified as "Ready to Ship," Xander Jane jewelry is generally made to order.

Our standard production timeline is approximately 14 calendar days before dispatch, unless otherwise specified on the product page, at checkout, or in written communication.

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on product complexity, material availability, customization, quality inspection, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certain products may also be offered for pre-order. Applicable deposits, payment schedules, estimated availability, and shipping information will be disclosed before purchase.

If we are unable to fulfill an order within the communicated timeframe, we will provide updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

06. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is complimentary for purchases made through Xander Jane.

All orders are shipped fully insured and may require a signature upon delivery.

Estimated shipping timelines after dispatch are:

• Canada: 1–7 business days

• United States: 2–7 business days

• International: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Due to the value of our jewelry, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

07. Exchanges and Store Credit

We want you to be satisfied with your Xander Jane purchase.

Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 calendar days of delivery, subject to our Return, Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

The 14-day period begins when the shipping carrier marks the package as delivered.

We do not provide refunds to the original payment method for change of mind, personal preference, or sizing-related reasons, except where required by applicable law.

Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future Xander Jane purchases. Store credit is not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

For voluntary exchanges or store credit requests, customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs, including within Canada.

All exchanges and returns require prior authorization.

08. Final Sale and Customized Items

Certain items are not eligible for voluntary exchange or store credit.

These may include:

• Bespoke or custom commissions

• Engraved or personalized jewelry

• Items altered or customized at the customer's request

• Items marked "Final Sale" before purchase

• Items purchased during designated final sale or clearance events

• Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or repaired by a third party

Certain high-value items exceeding CAD $12,000 may be designated as Final Sale. Such items will be clearly identified before purchase.

Products exceeding CAD $12,000 are not automatically Final Sale unless specifically designated as such.

Final Sale restrictions do not override any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

09. Warranty and Aftercare

Xander Jane offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

The limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper care, unauthorized repairs, third-party alterations, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing defects.

Warranty eligibility may be subject to inspection by our Quality Control team.

Complimentary resizing is available for eligible rings purchased directly from Xander Jane, subject to design and technical feasibility.

For approved resizing requests within Canada, Xander Jane provides complimentary shipping to and from our service location.

For international resizing requests, customers are responsible for applicable shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, and related costs, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

This limited warranty is additional to, and does not replace, applicable statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photography, jewelry designs, text, logos, graphics, layouts, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Xander Jane LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
