SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Order information cannot be changed once an order has been placed.  All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.  Billing address on the credit card must match the billing address provided in the order.  Taxes are calculated based on the destination address of the order.  We are not able to alter the declared value of the order for shipping purposes.  The client is responsible for any taxes and duties incurred during shipment to their particular destination.  

Standard shipping is complementary. All items are shipped fully insured and signature required upon delivery. The estimated shipping time for standard shipments is 5-7 business days. A tracking number will be provided once the shipment is in transit and may also be found under the orders information section under the My Account section of the website.

We are not able to ship to PO boxes or freight forwarding services.

We want your piece to feel just right. If it’s not quite what you hoped for, eligible items may be exchanged or converted to store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Because many of our pieces are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds to the original payment method.

To begin a request, please contact us with your order number and details of your request. Our client care team will reply within 1 business day with instructions.

Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, documentation, and security tags.
